1. Payment method:
Secure options: We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Shopify payment, credit card, debit card, etc. Shopify keeps your payment information secure. We never receive your card information.
 
2. Delivery address:
For security reasons, we will only able to post item(s) to the address which is registered in your Paypal account or Shopify account.
3. Dispatch time:
*Monday - Friday: Order(s) placed before 2pm UK time will be dispatched on the same day. Order(s) placed after 2pm UK time will be dispatched on the next working day.
*Sat & Sun : Order(s) placed before 9am UK time on Saturday will be dispatched on the same day. Order(s) placed after 9am UK time on Saturday and weekend Sunday will be dispatched on the next available working day (Monday).
*UK public holidays: All order(s) placed during holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
4. Shipping: 
All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
Buyer is responsible for all shipment costs (Sending, exchange, return postage fees are paid by the buyer.).
 
5. Delivery time:
**UK inland orders - Royal Mail First Class / Royal Mail First Class Sign For. Normally orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days. However, in some peak seasons or rare situations, Royal Mail may take a longer time to deliver the posts, please allow the time for the delivery. 
**Outside UK orders - Royal Mail International Air / Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. For EU countries, normally order will be delivered within 4-14 working days. For the Non EU countries, normally order will be delivered within 7-15 working days. However, in some peak seasons or rare situations, Royal Mail may take a longer time to deliver the posts, please allow the time for the delivery.

6. Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
7. Return/Refund Policy:
If you are not happy with the item(s) for any reason or if you change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges with 30days of receipt.

Products returned under the Craftuneed policy will only be accepted if they are:
  • Return within the specified approval of 30days.
  • Returned unused and in its original condition (if item has a packaging or brand tag, return item must be in its original package/tag).
  • Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
**(If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.)**
 
Following items are non-refundable;
  • ·        Fabric/material samples
  • ·        Custom order items / or personalised orders
  • ·        P&P discount coupons/offers/ P&P upgrade fee
 
8. Cancellation:
- Normally, we will prepare and dispatch your item(s) 20 minutes after we receive your order. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please inform us within 20 minutes after you replace order. You will receive full refund immediately if you cancel order before dispatch.
- We don't accept cancellations if the order has been dispatched. Sending postage fee will not be refunded and you are required to follow our return/refund policy.
 
9. Lost Parcel: 
For Inland UK orders;
If you haven’t received parcel in the estimated time, please first check with your local Royal Mail delivery office. If your parcel is not there for collection, then please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel.
 
If you would like to upgrade shipping to express delivery, please contact us in advance before placing the order. We will check and inform you about cost of upgrading shipping. If shipping is upgraded to “tracked”, we will forward tracking number to you as soon as we dispatch the item(s).
 
Although majority of parcels are delivered in the estimated times, Royal Mail does not guarantee your goods will arrive in the estimated time. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
 
For Outside UK (International) orders;
If you haven’t received parcel in the estimated time, please first check with your local Royal Mail delivery office. If your parcel is not there for collection, then please allow 20 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel.
 
If you would like to upgrade shipping to express delivery, please contact us in advance before placing the order. We will check and inform you about cost of upgrading shipping.

10. Damaged Parcel:
We would suggest refuse delivery if the parcel is damaged, so the courier will return damaged item to us.
Should you receive a broken, faulty or incorrect item, please return it with any original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or exchange depends on your preference.
11. Liability
Some items may include small parts such as beads and rhinestones which are not suitable for children and may be harmful if swallowed. CraftUneed will not take any responsibility for any item unless item is labelled as “Suitable for children”.  
Under no circumstances shall CraftUneed be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
